turning out. the president won the cuban vote. the first time infer florida. you saw young voters actually exceeding in most states their turnout from four years ago to the surprise of most analyst. you saw african turn out even though the excitement was four years ago, you saw a real determination there to support the president and you saw african-american rise in a lot of places. that is getting a lot of attention as it should. you have to understand electorate to understand presidential politics. but the president carried most of the key swush suburban counties t. states that are the four heaviest in white population the president won all four of them. so it may be convenient to say we drove good turnout in the latino and african-american community but it's more complex because the president won swing suburban voters and women voters all over the country. presidential campaigns are complicated t. pursuit of 270 electoral votes is complicated. how we won 332 is complicated. it's not just one thing and we'll talk a lot about what that means for politics going forward. one thing i've learn

high-ranking military official, commander of the forces in afghanistan, john allen. florida socialite jill kelley complained about harassing e-mails and contacted a friend at the fbi. the account was found to have belonged to paula broadwell. she was given access to david petraeus. locate the was evidence of an affair between petraeus and miss broadwell. the information was leak and petraeus resigned. as more information trickled out, the story got crazier. the harassing e-mails revealed to be not so threatening. the investigation moved forward because of kel little's friendship with the fbi agent she contacted to complain about the e-mails. a friendship that involved the agent's sharing photo of himself. these photos caused the agent to be remove and launched an investigation into his own actions. then this morning and perhaps the otest turn yet reports surfaced of 20,000 to 30,000 pages of e-mails connecting general john allen to kelley. john allen took control of the forces in afghanistan after general

, explains results in ohio and florida and perhaps virginia. the reality is, you know, a party that gets less than 8% of the african-american vote, 30% of the hispanic vote, and less than 40% of the vote coming up through the system, you know, it's a party that needs to adjust, and i talked about that today. some of the policy, a lot is tone, a lot is just an inclusive message taking what i think is our strength which is our positions on the economy and growth and opportunity and translating that in a way that young people, in this case, understand it and appreciate. getting out of school, you're looking at a 50% unemployment rate in terms of matching your degree to the job that you want. i mean you'd think that is a huge issue and the debt and deficit would be a huge issue, it's now $55,000 for every young person out of college and all of us. they were issues we could not communicate in a way that was effective, clearly, to win the majority of the vote, and the social issues are important to that generation. they look at issues differently than our generation. it's a different attitude now.
